Welcome to PlayPika ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website playpika.co.za , you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.playpika.co.za, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or any of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website (If under 18 with adult supervision). 

3. Account Creation

To access certain features of the site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account information confidential. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to change.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products selected in accordance with these Terms. Payment is due upon confirmation of the order, and we accept EFT or Cash Payments . You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for your order is accurate, including billing and shipping details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to South Africa. Delivery times are estimated, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. You are responsible for any additional charges, including customs fees or taxes for international orders.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 7 Days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Certain products may be non-returnable (e.g. damaged items caused by courier in transition, or customer after the parcel is delivered) 
  • For protection photos will be shared with customers before shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to process.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Pre-Orders

All pre-orders require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit. Refunds will only be processed if a cancellation notice of 2 weeks before the ETA of the products is announced.(for example, if the product ETA is 21 Jan, refunds will only be given if the agreement was made on/before 7 Jan). All ETAs are based on what the supplier gives us at the time of ordering. Delays from the supplier may occur .And no refunds will be given in the delay period, as it is beyond our control.

The other remaining 50% should be paid on arrival of product at the store(All customers will be notified 48 hrs in advance). If the outstanding 50% is not paid within 48 hrs of product arrival the sale will be forfeited and the DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

- All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR).
- All cards priced at TCG x 1.00

Value-Added Services
- Fresh sleeves and top-loaders are included with all orders.
- We guarantee Near Mint to Mint quality on all cards. (LP on Vintage)
